A seminar was held on 9^th February 2023 which was attended by 35 3rd year students pursuing Bachelor of Engineering (Computer Science) from Rajarshi Shahu College of Engineering, Pune with their 2 faculty members from the renowned college. They attend this seminar conducted by Techasoft Pvt. Ltd. with the aim of gaining awareness about building a career in software development.

On the daily agendas were in-depth assessments of topics like front-end development and back-end development that will be relevant to the student's future careers. The user experience of a website is the primary emphasis of front-end development. Front-end developers use a range of technologies, design strategies, and programming languages to ensure users can easily navigate and interact with websites. They create drop-down menus and website designs. Websites are created by front-end developers using coding languages including JavaScript, HTML, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).

On the other hand, back-end developers focus on the server side of the website. When the term "digital marketing" is used in the real world, it often refers to marketing campaigns that are shown on a computer, phone, tablet, or other electronic devices. It may be displayed through a variety of channels, including social media posts, paid social adverts, display ads, online videos, and display commercials. Billboards, periodicals, and direct mail are examples of "traditional marketing" techniques that are commonly contrasted with digital marketing. On the other hand, the process of creating software applications for mobile devices is referred to as mobile application development. A network connection is typically used by a mobile application to communicate with distant computer resources. Additionally, the significance of software training was covered. Training software, often known as a learning management system, makes it simpler to provide online training. It is used by companies of all sizes in many different industries to train employees, customers, and business partners.

Machine learning is a branch of artificial intelligence that focuses on devising statistical models and algorithms that let computers carry out tasks without having to be explicitly taught to do so. This seminar's purpose was to provide students with advice on how to deal with the strong pressure of finding employment in software development considering the intense rivalry in the industry. Through the meetings, the students would have gained a deeper understanding of their areas of interest and received help weighing their alternatives.
